Benjamine Spencer has spent 24 years in prison for a crime he did not commit!

Ben has been incarcerated for more than two decades for a crime he did not commit. As a result of Ben’s incarceration, he was stripped away from his loving family leaving his pregnant wife to raise their son without a father. As late as March 2008, Judge Magnis of the 283^rd District reviewed the case and found Ben to be innocent of the charges that led to Ben losing 24 years of his life in prison. Yet, to date, Ben still sits in a prison cell waiting to be reunited with his family.
