So sad and disappointing. Yesterday a federal judge ruled that Davis had not proven his innocence after two days of testimony concluded where witnesses recanted their original statements that they had seen him in the parking lot of the fast food restaurant as the killer. Some said their original testimony was under police coercion others discussed hearing someone else confess to the crime. This is a big case that Amnesty International has been watching. The ruling paves the way for Georgia to set another date of execution for Davis. Davis plans to appeal. It’s time to pray for justice Dallas! I am so shocked and disappointed at the judge’s ruling.
